I entered the real estate in North Carolina and Florida to help people make informed decisions and achieve their goals through coaching and knowledge, as well as to make a career out of an enjoyable and meaningful profession. My business is not just about making transactions. I care about helping people. Previously, I had pursued a successful professional career working for General Motors and Draper Lab. Beyond my work experience, I am extremely educated with Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Engineering from M.I.T., and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Michigan State University. What I have come to understand from both the academic and professional arenas is that organization, knowledge, communication and persistence drive success. Organization is necessary to bring together information, and to coordinate resources and activities in accomplishing a task. Knowledge is necessary to understand the details and options on how to select the best approach and solve the problem at hand. Communication is necessary to achieve organization and knowledge. Lastly, persistence is required to overcome obstacles and unforeseen situations in the successful achievement of a goal. From my experiences in the real estate, the same formula applies. There are a number of steps and much information that needs to be organized in financing and purchasing or selling a home. Knowledge of the various programs and properties, the area, informational tools, and the process of closing a home is paramount in assisting and guiding clients. Communication of needs and requirements, and in coordination of activities means the difference between closing a deal and not. Furthermore, each situation is unique and dynamic requiring persistence for successful completion. I will stay on top of issues, and work hard to satisfy your needs and to keep the process stress free. I have the knowledge, expertise, and diligence to help you successfully achieve your goals.
